We have bought and sold a handful of properties in the past with various different realtors, but none came close to the service we got at Presson's. Lets Build
Our initial process is design; from the land you have, we can assist in creating a design that meets your needs. Even if you already have a design from other architects, it's not a problem; we can create according to the design you have.
Once you've found the property of your dreams and are ready to place an offer, we will contact the seller and negotiate the best terms to suit your budget and needs. After the design is fixed, we will conduct calculations and create a Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from which we can obtain a price that can be discussed.
Once we agree on the price, we will proceed to sign the contract, agreeing on all the work to be done and the timelines for completion.
